From March to December 2009 I worked part time as an environmental educator at the Newman Wetlands Center, south of Atlanta. I gave talks, led school group tours, greeted visitors, provided information and resources about the flora, fauna, and wetland ecology of the area, maintained the grounds, and monitored the health of the wetlands. I loved working there, and am still officially an employee there. Here are photos that capture some of the beauty of this site.
