In late August I added a raised vegetable bed to my front yard. As you can see I built it from commercial pavers I bought at Home Depot. I had wanted to use recycled concrete to match the retaining wall I built earlier this summer. But after driving around my neighborhood all month and not seeing any contractors ripping concrete out, I conceded and bought pavers. The raised tomato cylinders must look very cool from the street. The whole front lawn has been transformed!
